Dopo aver conseguito la maturità artistica (liceo artistico "E. Simone " ) e successivamente la laurea alla Accademia di Belle Arti di Lecce , l'artista mostra da subito una predisposizione pittorica per l'informale e l'espressionismo astratto. Collabora con altri artisti in numerose mostre .
Nella collettiva We are moving (1996) allo spazio Arte e dintorni di Bari , che raggruppa alcuni studenti di varie accademie italiane, partecipa come artista rappresentante il corso di pittura (1) dell'Accademia salentina.
Nel 2014 realizza due tele per il film " I NOSTRI RAGAZZI " del regista Ivano De Matteo dove esegue i ritratti dei protagonisti , gli attori Alessandro Gassman e Barbora Bobulova.
Negli ultimi anni l'artista si proietta in un linguaggio pittorico introspettivo utilizzando la rappresentazione del figurativo alternandosi con l'informale. Come nel libro " Aut Aut " di Kierkegaard, Schiavone si pone il quesito della scelta fra l'essere etico e l'essere estetico; esplorando, pittoricamente e psicologicamente, queste due caratteristiche fondamentali dell'uomo.
La frase : " ...Di chi è lo sguardo che guarda con i miei occhi?
Quando penso che vedo, chi continua a vedere mentre sto pensando? ..." Cit. Fernando Pessoa diviene la massima, la regola o chiave di lettura nel momento in cui il fruitore si pone davanti a un suo dipinto.

In 2014 he made two canvases for the film "I NOSTRI RAGAZZI" by the director Ivano De Matteo where he made portraits of the protagonists, the actors Alessandro Gassman and Barbora Bobulova.
In recent years the artist has projected himself into an introspective pictorial language using the representation of the figurative alternating with the informal. As in the book "Aut Aut" by Kierkegaard, Schiavone poses the question of the choice between ethical being and aesthetic being; exploring, pictorially and psychologically, these two fundamental characteristics of man.
The phrase: "... Whose gaze is it with my eyes?
When I think I see, who keeps seeing while I'm thinking? ... "Cit. Fernando Pessoa becomes the maxim, the rule or key to reading when the viewer stands before one of his paintings.
